RACP Congress Series 2021 – Transformation: Adapting for the future

Succession and wealth legacy (keeping your money in the family)
An information session for doctors looking to review their financial position and structuring to ensure that adequate consideration has been given to protecting their wealth both from the perspective of potential claims also ensuring that any legacy they provide their children is protected. The learning outcome is to provide specialists with an overview of the legal and financial planning aspects of wealth protection, and the role insurance and structuring plays with asset protection.

Supervisors Professional Development Program Workshop 2 – Learning environment and culture Learning Environment and Culture provides a range of teaching strategies to manage and overcome challenges supervisors face in a complex healthcare setting. These strategies include planning for learning, differentiated instructions for multi-level groups, and using teaching techniques such as questioning. This workshop explores some cultural aspects that may impact on learning, including the hidden curriculum, tribalism and the need for effective role modelling. AFRM Bi-National Training Program Lecture Series The AFRM Bi-National Training Program Lecture Series is held on the third or fourth Wednesday of every month from February to November.
