Goal Six
Digital Experience: Co-Creating to meet customer needs
The Digital Experience team has been working diligently to deliver online platforms and websites to meet functionality and customer needs.
Our philosophy is member centric so it’s no surprise that when it came time to design the digital experience of our platform, we brought together members to co-design and share their insights as our valued customers.
In 2022, the College engaged in a workshop to co-create the digital experience. We heard first-hand from members what tools and pathways within our platforms would be most beneficial. When designing the digital experience, we implemented a member-focused, member-driven approach to ensure optimal usability.
Cyber security in a Modern World In 2022, we saw several cyber-attacks on very large corporations, including a prominent health insurance company. The College has always been vigilant about protecting sensitive data, but with heightened activity in the digital space, we took steps to ensure our members were protected. We work with cyber security experts to regularly assess ourselves against NIST Cyber Security Framework and are continuously improving our cyber security practices informed by the standards and best practices expected of the organisation. In addition to the NIST Framework, the College is also assessing its cyber security against the AICD Cyber Governance Principles as part of the ongoing cyber security work.
